Nice App, a Few Key Flaws

On the whole, this is an attractive and useful app, but a couple of things make it problematic for me.

First off, I make quite a few FaceTime Audio calls, which this app does not support. This means much of the functionality I was expecting when I made my purchase is absent.

Secondly, the process of adding "communication channels" needs to be more intuitive, both in terms of how the system is laid out as well as the clarity of the instructions. There is a bit of an unnecessarily steep learning curve initially that can be frustrating.

Ill continue to use this app, but I hope future updates will correct these flaws.
